The Human Resources Policy of our company can be defined as utilizing the human resources efficiently as a company that maintains its leadership in Turkish industry by increasing its capacity, meeting expectations of its stakeholders, valuing its staff, being open to changes, being a leader in its territory, using its resources efficiently as a global company, being environment, occupational safety and health conscious, conforming to the quality standards, technologically developing continuously, growing stronger with the creativity of its employees and being customer oriented.

It is the goal of our Human Resources Policy to plan, choose, recruit, designate in service units and develop human resources that shall ensure that the works shall be carried out efficiently and productively; to determine the requirements and plan and carry out trainings accordingly, to establish competency, to carry out performance management, career planning related works in accordance with scientific methods.
