IPM is taking a significant step toward realizing its environmental sustainability vision by establishing a wind power plant in collaboration with Enercon. This plant will have the capacity to meet the company’s entire electricity consumption, enabling IPM to source all its energy needs from renewable resources.

The project’s permitting process has been completed, and infrastructure work is ongoing, with the goal of bringing the plant online by the end of the third quarter of 2025. As part of IPM’s sustainability strategy, this development will allow the company to produce in an environmentally friendly manner while also reducing operational costs in the long term.

IPM officials emphasized their commitment to maintaining environmentally responsible production in the future by reducing their carbon footprint through this investment. “Sustainability is at the core of how we conduct business,” company representatives stated, highlighting that the project is a crucial step for both the company and the environment.

Once completed, the plant will not only meet IPM’s energy needs through clean sources but also contribute to Turkey’s renewable energy goals.
